Common questions about running heavy hauling and public works operations on ProveHaul.
Scan the QR code on any ProveHaul ticket to confirm it's authentic — you'll see the ticket number, the customer and hauling provider, the driver, truck, material, pickup and delivery, and the approval status. No financial or private information is shown. The QR opens a public verification page at provehaul.com/ticket/verify/… — no login required.
Create an account, then set up your organization as a construction/agency customer or a hauling company or owner-operator. Agencies and contractors post work; providers find and accept it.
Each completed load becomes a numbered ticket with GPS, timestamps, photos and signatures, and a QR code. Customers review and approve tickets, and everything is kept in an immutable timeline.
Waiting time is timed and GPS-verified from arrival. Detention accrues automatically after the free window, so waiting is provable without disputes.
No. Owner-operators get the same capabilities as a hauling company — find work, run the one-button driver app, capture tickets, and get paid.
Work is escrowed and released on verified, approved tickets, with invoicing and payouts handled in the platform.
Yes — the ProveHaul Driver App runs the one-button workflow, digital tickets, QR, photos, signatures and GPS in the field.
